CISA

The Riga presentation was taking a higher-level perspective and discussed a lot the privacy preserving mechanisms coming from CoinJoin/PayJoin. This talk would focus on the actual soft-fork proposal for CISA which should be fully formed and ready for community-wide consideration by that point. There are BIP drafts with initial internal feedback and a collaboration with the PayJoin Foundation should lead to a POC implementation of PayJoin + CISA (PISA) some time early next year which would be part of the presentation as well.

For newcomers to Bitcoin open source, chasing that ambition straight out of the gate is often a trap. There's a much better opening move: being Robin. Find someone whose project already has momentum, and support them. Why this works and how to pull it off is what this talk is about, including a lot of practical advice.
