The write-up
A stuck low-fee transaction is one of the most common Bitcoin support problems, and the fix depends on who you are: sender or receiver, whether the transaction signals RBF, whether you hold the keys. This Electrum plugin works out your situation and prices every way out side by side. That includes the mempool.space Accelerator, which needs no new transaction and no signing, paid from the wallet‘s own Lightning channels.
