A Bitcoin weather forecast, powered by prediction markets.

BTC glance turns Glimpse prediction-market data into a visual outlook for Bitcoin. Explore hourly and daily price ranges, see bullish, bearish, or mixed market signals, and compare earlier forecasts with observed prices.

  • Visual forecasts: uncertainty bands and interactive heatmaps show where market expectations are concentrated.
  • Market sentiment: bullish, bearish, and mixed signals compare forecast quote weights with the latest observed Bitcoin price.
  • Historical comparisons: scroll back to compare recorded forecasts with observed BTC/USD prices.
  • Custom alerts: watch above-or-below price conditions and receive notifications when their market quote share changes materially.
  • Mobile-first experience: an installable PWA with light and dark themes, offline access to saved forecasts, and touch-friendly controls.

How It Works

BTC glance retrieves market quotes from the Glimpse API and normalizes each outcome‘s YES quote by the total YES quotes. These relative market weights power the forecast charts and alerts. Historical BTC/USD observations come from Kraken. Market weights express expectations, not certainty. Historical forecast bands use snapshots recorded before their target times.
